Reward for completing the survey

We have three types of rewards available to those who respond to this survey. Please select one at the end of the survey.

• Amazon Gift Card
  We will give you a 500 yen Amazon gift certificate.
• Donate to reforestation
  A donation (500 yen) will be made through our community portal to the forest conservation organization "more trees" for their reforestation activities.
• Donate to a local children's cafeteria
  A donation (500 yen) will be made through our community portal to the local children's cafeteria and support activities.

Eligibility

Those who meet all of the following conditions are eligible.
