We have set up an online suggestion box

Our community portal site has a suggestion box to help residents of Myria Residence to live in a more comfortable and easy-to-live-in community. You can submit your comments through the suggestion box form on the portal site. We look forward to receiving a wide range of opinions and requests to help create a better environment for our residents.

How to submit a suggestion

Please submit your suggestions via the "Suggestion Box" on the left menu of the portal site.

We may disclose your opinions to improve the operation of the facility. When we do so, we will not disclose your personal information.

We are unable to accept emergency contact via this suggestion box. If you have an urgent matter, please contact the management company.

Depending on the content of your opinion, the management company and the property owner may contact you individually after confirming the content. If you agree to sharing your room number and contact information in case we need to contact you, please fill in your name, room number, phone number, and email address accurately.

Please note that we may not be able to respond to your inquiry.

Even if you request a response, we may not respond in the following cases:

• If your name and contact information are insufficient

• If we can't understand your post's intent

• If the connection to our facility cannot be determined

• If the content is slanderous or contrary to public order and morals

• In the case of political activities, election campaigns, business activities, or religious activities

• When impersonation or other fraudulent activity is suspected

• If the content concerns personal privacy

• When the same person repeats the same thing

• Any other case in which the facility deems it inappropriate to respond

Regarding opinions, inquiries, etc., please be aware that these will be sent over the internet and refrain from sending any information that includes personal information other than your contact details and name.
