We are making improvements, providing feedback, and expanding services based on the opinions we receive from everyone.

Survey Incentives

We offer the following three types of incentives to those who complete this survey. Please select one at the end of the survey.

• Amazon Gift Card
  You will receive a 500 yen Amazon Gift Card.
• Donate to Forest Conservation
  A donation (500 yen) will be made from this community portal to the forest conservation activities of the "more trees" organization.
• Donate to Local Children's Cafeterias
  A donation (500 yen) will be made from this community portal to local children's cafeterias and support activities.

*Incentives will be distributed 2-3 weeks later.

Eligibility Requirements

All of the following conditions must be met to be eligible:

• You are currently a resident of " MYRIA RESIDENCE".
• You have registered as a member on this MYRIA RESIDENCE community portal site as a resident and completed the survey.
  

Incentives and Delivery

• Incentives are limited to one per household.
• Incentives are scheduled to be sent sequentially to the email address registered in your member information. Please be aware that delivery may be delayed due to our circumstances.
